Happy Friday, 315. The calendar stacks three things into one weekend this week. Juneteenth lands today, Father's Day arrives Sunday, and the summer solstice sits right in between. Syracuse marks the holiday with the Groove Theory Social Club's Juneteenth dance party, Utica throws its 10th annual Juneteenth Celebration at Kemble Park, and the Ghanaian group Womba Africa drums and dances at Willard Memorial Chapel in Auburn.

Father's Day leans into food and engines. There are clambakes at Colloca Estate Winery in Oswego County and at the American Legion in Utica, a BBQ brunch in the beer gardens at Brewery Ardennes in Geneva, a classic car show in Romulus, and a block-printing workshop at the Everson built for dads and kids. If your dad measures a good day in lobster and live music, the region has him covered.

Up in the North Country, Watertown Pride takes over the weekend with a Friday kickoff party at the Paddock Arcade and a Sunday tea dance to close it out. The solstice brings out the stranger corners of the calendar too, from a witches tea and cottagecore hat-making session in Fulton to a Summer Solstice Market in Jordan.

For the slower picks, there are Monday bird walks at Beaver Lake, the closing weekend of the Off the Dock Chamber Festival in Skaneateles, and a documentary screening at the Smith Opera House in Geneva. This week's Foodie Corner heads to Skaneateles for The Krebs, a restaurant that has been feeding the village since 1899 and gives away every dollar of profit. More on that below.
